As I was in Hawai'i-Nei in 1971 - so early on, I became aware of things that the U.S. Government was doing in the Pacific, which included the purposeful detonation of gigantic nuclear bombs in the Pacific. -My heart was drawn towards the Micronesian, especially the Marshallese and other Polynesian / Melanesian peoples that were being used as 'Guinea Pigs', with nuclear explosions near populated islands, with the sole purpose of seeing how these beautiful innocent people would

survive the torture of U.S. long lasting radiation. -Even denying the
Marshallese the right to move from the toxic islands to suitable ones.
In my love for the Pacific peoples, I travelled throughout the Pacific, Aotearoa twice in 1985, just prior to the bombing of the Greenpeace Warrior in Auckland Harbour - 1985.
While walking down Queen Street in Auckland (Feb. 1985), I happily came upon a rather large street protest against U.S. policies in the Pacific. There were many beautiful vibed people that I met, and they were also happy to meet I, a U.S. citizen who shared their concern.

wisdom, with such eloquence, led me to write
to him later (1989), while giving him support
because of the U.S. attacks he was facing. -
A wonderfully vibed Prime Minister who wrote
back to me later - a letter that I will always
treasure, even despite our differences on

that he would embark on in years to come,
that being the complete $ell-out of the nation. I was shocked when Prime Minister David Lange was attacked in a most heinous way by the U.S. media, when he visited the United States later. fervent appreciation of the natural environment towards
